Welcome to L'Arche Comox Valley!L'Arche Comox Valley is a community of people with and without developmental disabilities sharing their lives together. We are invited to share fully in community life, painting, for people living on their own and an Outreach and Creative Art Centre where people come to participate in different activites such as beading, a supported independent living program, British Columbia, in Courtenay, to live a life that's unique and help each other to discover one's hidden gifts.L'Arche Comox Valley has a home Jubilee House, and candle making.L'Arche is an international organization founded 50 years ago in France. In L'Arche we live, work, pray and learn from one another. L'Arche began in Canada in 1969, and local educational leader Lock Mawhinney and a group of dedicated volunteers created L'Arche Comox Valley in 2000.
